COOKING CLASSES AND OTHER SERVICES:

Virginia Harper offers a monthly macrobiotic demonstration class at Gilda’s Club Nashville. For more information or to register, call Gilda’s Club 615-329-1124.

Three-hour class offered once per month; includes a full-course macrobiotic lunch from soup to dessert.

Series of four classes teaching basic macrobiotic cooking theory and technique.

Series of four classes teaching advanced macrobiotic cooking theory and technique.

Three-hour class with KOLLC macrobiotic chef; healing or gourmet macrobiotic cooking in your home.

Three-hour class, as above, with Virginia Harper.

Organic, seasonal meals prepared by KOLLC macrobiotic chef Robin Fulcher on Tuesdays and Thursdays; an effective educational tool for creating a macrobiotic lifestyle at home.
